Hi, I'm Jesse. I run Cheap Houses Europe with my partner and co-founder, Summer. We're starting with Portugal.

When does the newsletter arrive?

Which areas and prices?
Homes from about $50,000 up to $350,000, so there's something for most budgets: village houses under $100,000, family homes around $200,000, and bigger or coastal homes from $300,000. They're spread across Portugal, from Porto and Braga in the north, through Tomar, Caldas da Rainha and Évora, down to Tavira in the Algarve.
Can foreigners buy property in Portugal?
Yes. Portugal doesn't restrict foreigners from buying. You'll need a Portuguese tax number (NIF), and we always suggest an independent lawyer. We're a newsletter, not an agency or legal adviser.
